2. Cancellation Charges
2.1 Air Tickets: Subject to airline policies. TechTrail DMC may apply a processing fee.
2.2 Hotels: Charges depend on the hotel's cancellation rules. Late cancellations may forfeit refunds.

3. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances
3.1 Definition: Includes natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, political unrest, and strikes.
3.2 Policy: We will attempt rescheduling or alternatives. Refunds depend on supplier compensation.
4. Amendment Policy
4.1 Customer Amendments: Change requests must be written. They're subject to availability and supplier terms.
4.2 Amendments by TechTrail DMC: If we must change services, we’ll notify you and propose suitable alternatives.
5. Special Cases
5.1 Visa Denial: Cancellations due to visa refusal follow standard rules. Users are responsible for documentation.
5.2 No-Show Policy: If a traveler does not show up without notice, no refund is provided.
6. Group Bookings
6.1 Group Cancellation Policy: Group bookings may carry stricter rules and higher penalties. Terms will be shared at booking time.
7. Refund Exclusions
7.1 Non-Inclusive Services: No refunds for items not booked through TechTrail (e.g., taxis, meals).
7.2 Partial Use: No refunds for unused portions of a service (e.g., missed hotel nights).
8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1 Accuracy of Information: It’s your responsibility to ensure correct booking info. Errors may incur costs.
8.2 Supplier Policies: You must comply with refund/cancellation terms from airlines, hotels, etc.
